Here it is.......
After years of writing to the manufactures of Angel Delight asking them to re-launch the fantastic lime version of their Angel Delight product I have final found the perfect recipe to make this desert.
You need two things, one of which can be difficult to get your hands on so take my advice and buy in bulk.
- Lime Crusher (buy in bulk), you can only get this from Waitrose and some Morrisons available 2010. It's a limited addition at the moment as they stopped making it in 2008 through low demand, so start buying and get in on the shelves permanently.
- Asda's own Vanilla Delight mix.
Now mix your Vanilla Delight with half a pint of creamy milk and then the magic ingredient, Lime Crusher. Mix enough Lime Crusher to turn the mix a light green and then have a taste (add as much as you can taste the lime goodness), Mmmmm, see I told you, the exact same flavour you remember from the good old Lime Angel Delight days.
